Refund policy

This translation is provided for information only. In the event of any discrepancy, the French version prevails.

In accordance with Article L.121-20 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Buyer has a withdrawal period of 14 clear days from the date of receipt or collection of the order to return any non-personalised product that does not suit them, in its original packaging and in perfect, resaleable condition, and to request a refund of the amounts paid, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), with the exception of return costs, which are borne by you.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised products made to your specifications (under Article L.121-20-2 of the French Consumer Code). These products cannot be refunded or exchanged except in the event of a quality defect.

Return costs are borne by the Buyer. Products must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition. You are responsible for the products during their return. Any damage to the product during return may invalidate the right of withdrawal.

AIRPURLABS will refund the amounts paid as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days of receiving the parcel, provided that the product is returned complete, in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Return costs remain the responsibility of the Buyer.

The refund will be made using the same means of payment as used for the order, or by another means of payment with the Buyer's agreement.
